Snowbird Fall Retreat (October 9th – 11th)

Snowbird fall youth retreats include 4 main teaching sessions and small group meetings—spread throughout Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday morning. This is where your students will meet together, digest expositional Bible teaching, and work through the day-to-day aspects of following Jesus.

We also like to play—really hard. Your students will also be assigned recreation times on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. There’s something about having fun together that builds relationships that last long after a trip to SWO, and we don’t want you to miss out on that.

Teaching Focus:

At The Feet Of Jesus

The Gospels tell us multiple stories of people literally falling at Jesus’ feet. The sick (Mark 5:33), the needy (Mark 5:22), and the demon possessed (Luke 8:28) all came in desperation to Jesus, so much so that they laid on their faces in the dirt in front of him. Their reaction shows the hopelessness they had if Jesus didn’t help them.

We would do well to learn from these examples. Our spiritual situation is just as dire as theirs was. If we don’t find forgiveness and redemption in Christ, there is no hope for us. If Jesus doesn’t meet our needs, we will be constantly unsatisfied. 

This year at our Fall Retreats we will be looking at the stories from the Gospels where people fall at the feet of Jesus. We hope you’ll join us as we learn about humility, confession, and the great need we have for a Savior.
